The aim of Helix was to develop a user-friendly version of this technology suitable for everyday use. Combining their expertise in fluid dynamics and experience as pipe makers, they created the Helix, which utilizes Bernoulli’s principle of Venturi to recreate a refreshing air stream. The introduction of the Helix design in 2007 received widespread acclaim in Texas, quickly becoming the best-selling handpiece in numerous shops. Due to the overwhelming demand and production challenges, the search for a partner began in 2008. This led to a partnership with a manufacturer/distributor in Austin, and together, they propelled Helix to become the leading hand pipe in the American market by 2010. However, over time, differences in goals and principles emerged in the partnership. In 2012, the decision was made to separate and establish a new company dedicated to prioritizing quality in both their products and relationships with retailers. This decision led to the creation of American Helix, which has since grown into a successful venture.
